I remember the field rush for Marshall in 1994, and I'm sure there are many who rushed the field in the wins over Georgia Southern (1999), Furman (2005), etc. These types of events help build memories and lifetime fans. Viewers who are used to seeing empty stadiums for weeknight games saw an impassioned fan base that will sell out its stadium for a midweek game. This is nothing but a good look for us, even if it elevates Coastal a little. In the end, we still won.

GaSo in 2002 (the goalpost/pizza incident), Furman 2005, all 3 national championships

Funny enough, none when I was a student (don’t recall the GaSo game in 99, but then again, I don’t remember many things about my college years)

Yeah they actually get to ride our coat tails a little. Can you call 1-7 a rivalry? I guess they do.

I think 99, Lenny was carrying part of the goal post and got knocked into Duck Pond. Surely you remember that?! Unless it was 2002, and I’m misremembering.

I was holding a part of that goal post my freshman year. That bus driver was pissed!

Haven’t seen the students jumping into the duck pond in a long time. Last time I saw this they had a goal post with them.

You know, I do vaguely remember that. Evan Williams and I were good friends that year, so it’s a bit of a haze.

There aren’t many stories (true or otherwise) that you could tell me about Lenny that I wouldn’t believe.

I know for a fact Chadwell had players not enrolled in school playing for him at Charleston Southern. He also was under investigation at North Greenville before he bolted to Delta State for less pay at the same position. Likewise, he bolted from Delta State (to Charleston Southern) while the program was under investigation. At least this time, it was a higher paying job.

He left Charleston Southern to become the OC (and yet again, less pay) at Coastal when they became under investigation.

The dude is scum. He breeds scum in his programs. Zero class.

There was a girl that jumped in the other night. We saw her as we were walking back to Duncan.

One thing's for certain: sh*t floats. If he plays these kinds of games, it will catch up with him sooner or later. And most likely when his visibility is high and some reporter gets itchy for a good story.

If CCU finishes the year ranked again and speculation is high that he'll leave, watch how he responds. If he opts to stay in Conway, could it be that he's got some skeletons in the closet?

Definitely a used car salesman and someone I would not want my child to play for. It is only a matter of time until something happens like at other stops. I have not been worried about them because their clock is ticking. Either him cheating and/or Moglia's passing thus ending the money train are two things that are inevitable to get them. I wonder if P5 ADs have done their homework and will avoid him? It will be interesting to see if he has interest from P5s at end of season.

That’s the entire SEC. Except Vandy, I guess.
