Home for the holidays

I work for the Griffin Daily News in Griffin GA and ran into Jordan Favors, App State starting strong safety, a few days after Christmas. Hopefully our sports editor will be able to include this impromptu interview or do one of his own for an upcoming publication. What I was able to gather from him was that Burger is our guy in 2023 and the defensive coordinator is already in place. Anyway, this is a brief video from an inexperienced reporter. Enjoy!

Did he actually start any games? He had three tackles on the season. He was a redshirt freshman so he very well may be a starter in the future but it might be a bit of a stretch to say he is the starting safety.

This is a make or break offseason for SC. Can't afford any mishaps due to loose lips. It is quite impressive honestly

I was incorrect. Jordan Favors was not a starter but did appear in several games as a safety.
