Another good interview by coach. I always enjoy the Group of 5 Guys, but even more so when App State is the main topic.

If true, sounds really good.

I like those guys...on the interview yesterday, the former OL guy (not Clark)...had tendency to talk too much with no direction on where a question was coming from...at some points, Clark did not know when or if a question was going to be asked...

He is usually discombobulated it seems.

They have interviewed Clark a few times and usually talk to him when they come to games in Boone, he is probably used to it by now.

I think they’ve mentioned in passing he just got busy. 4 is better than 5 guys on one podcast, that’s a lot of voices. They’re a lot of fun, and getting better at it, but could use a tweak here or there. There’s still times when Jesse (the big guys) rambles and you have no idea where he’s going with it.

Don't like the big guy. He got drunk and disorderly at UAB in the media area during a football game and was asked to leave, then later tried to paint himself as the victim.

Yeah, that is part of SWAG Bear's shtick. He's the comic relief while the others, especially Sprouse, are the pros.

Yikes! Our 2-a-days for two weeks were miserable enough; can't imagine 3-a-days. They also did not understand the importance of hydration back then. At break we got a mini Dixie cup of water with a salt tablet and nothing more.

Salt tablets brings back memories ...did August camp in the evenings after being in a tobacco field 2 to 3 days a week....

I'll just say they were not fun....and we slept well at night.

Not surprised. They were at our tailgate before UNC last year for maybe 15 minutes... In that 15 minutes, he had 3 beers and at least 2 shots of bourbon handed to him -- and as they were leaving said something along the lines of "let's go get more free booze at the next spot."

And we were very clearly not the first group they visited. But, they were all super cool guys. Some of them (maybe all?) played for Watts at MTSU. I love their mission. No idea what the vision is, but, swag bear should probably hold back on some adult beverages if their vision is to make it bigger.
