Parking passes
Got my email saying parking passes are in the mail. Another sign we're getting closer to the best time of the year!! Got my parking passes today. I'm old school and like the paper passes!

Re: Parking passes
I remember hearing about mobile parking also. I can see where it would be a nightmare checking everyone getting in on game days with mobile. Must have decided to stick with hang tags for now.mountainman33 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2024 6:15 pmI thought they were supposed to be electronic this year? Maybe I missed something, I got the email too.

Mine arrived in Charlotte yesterday but won’t make it 15 miles north until Saturday.

Yup. Police department said no for this reason. It's much easier to see a tag hanging from far away and able to control traffic flow better.A2534 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 8:25 amI remember hearing about mobile parking also. Until they can figure out a better system for stadium drive on Game Day, digital tags will not happen.

Re: Parking passes
I would consider a test run on the festival lots where you don’t have a numbered space.

I'm so relieved they're sticking with paper. I can't imagine the potential backups while Gramps and Granny try

Re: Parking passes
Nope. Or was not last year...and only typically 3/4s full.
My thought process..step 1, use for non-numerred space test case, step 2 then test on a numbered lot..workout the issues...step 3 use in more lots.

Re: Parking passes
Agree. My issue with the digital tags in the numbered lots is how do you enforce folks in the wrong spot. With a hang tag it’s easy.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 11:03 amNope. Or was not last year...and only typically 3/4s full.

Re: Parking passes
How do they enforce it now? is someone walking around to ensure people in correct spot?....or is it dealt with when someone says someone in the wrong spot?...seems to me if the second idea...the individuals just show their number on their phone versus tag. If the first idea, if there is a hall monitor proactively walking the lots, I guess the extra work would be asking a tailgater to show the space number from the phone randomly.AppSt94 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 11:16 amAgree. Re: Parking passes
I got an email as well, which surprised me as I have never been given parking, maybe it’s a mistake.
Guess I’ll know when and if they arrive.
Can you tell online whether you have parking or not?

Re: Parking passes
If it’s been loaded into the site, then you should see Yosef Parking under your tickets in the Order History. You can call and they will tell you as well.
Edit: My parking isn’t in the account online but I know that I have it and I have a tracking #.

Re: Parking passes
I haven’t had an issue yet, but I imagine you tell the folks at the gate that someone is in your spot and they will call someone to verify and call a tow truck if necessary.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 11:30 amHow do they enforce it now? is someone walking around to ensure people in correct spot?....or is it dealt with when someone says someone in the wrong spot?...seems to me if the second idea...the individuals just show their number on their phone versus tag. Expect the change over to go about like the away game ticket sales went.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Thu Jul 25, 2024 11:03 amNope. Or was not last year...and only typically 3/4s full.
