I think I'll pass on this one. Just kind of meh. I've got a few other white App shirts around.

1982 helmet look. I'd like to see the 1979 helmet as a throwback.

I guess we will have the snow cap logo on the helmet for that game.

I will pass on this one. Will wear white for white-out. As stated above, meh.

I like the front without the lettering on the back. But not for a game. We wear black for games.

I wonder how they got permission to use that logo, because I thought Mike Working trademarked that logo.

Appalachian did not do well in contests where the logo faded into the helmet instead of contrasting with the helmet, i.e. '19 Georgia Southern and '17 Wake Forest.

We need to see the logo...

Assume the school paid what they needed to for the use on the shirts (and probably the upcoming helmets).

App state Vanilla Cones?

App State Icing?

I know some probably like this logo, but I just can't get into it. It's in the team store on hoodies.

Do you think we would actually do this for the helmet? A few fans have been vocal lately for a retro logo.

I generally like the design. The words are kinda lame but I get it. I will pass as well on a white shirt but more so because I have a bad track record when eating.

Seems plausible. Why else would you promote a white out with that logo and then use something else?

Mike Working was not working at Appalachian, that is why he only worked their three seasons:

Head coaching record
Year Team Overall Conference Standing Bowl/playoffs
Appalachian State Mountaineers (Southern Conference) (1980–1982)
1980 Appalachian State 6–4–1 4–2–1 3rd
1981 Appalachian State 3–7–1 1–5–1 7th
1982 Appalachian State 4–7 3–4 4th
Appalachian State: 13–18–2 8–11–2
Total: 13–18–2
