Rely on Joey’s arm. They are falling apart as a program where we are on the come up!! Take advantage

We are going to have to make a large leap improving our offensive and defensive line play from week 1 to week 2 to come within this line of 17ish and that's what the oddsmakers see. Clemson played the best team in the land, and we played a garbage FCS. I expect the line to climb before Saturday. their RB Mothra gonna run for 150+ on us

If the scripts were flipped and we had played Georgia and they played ETSU would we have kept them under 50? Does Clemson beat ETSU by 60? Not a realistic scenario but still. Maybe it’s the awful TV picture but at times it looked like we had 9 guys on defense and Clemson had 13. Probably due to the size difference and formations.

Two touchdowns seems about right . I do think we can win. It will take more than what I saw yesterday though.

Put Joey at Clemson and they score more than 3 points against Georgia. Scot has to get after Klubnik because he is a liability for Clemson.

Also, App has lost 3 times to P5/4 teams by more than one score, since 2015, and 2 of those teams were national championship teams.

Clemson ain’t that. App wins by 10 after a last ditch attempt to win seed Klubik sack, scoop and score by Nate Johnson.

App wins 24-14.

16.5 seems like a lot for Clemson to cover. Their defense is good but if they hold us to 14, can they score 31?

I thought it would be more given their first home game of the year, we’re away and it’s night game-that’s an easy 3-4 points. If Clemson scores more than 31 we have some problems on D. Force Cade to make mistakes, he will make them.

I don’t necessarily feel like giving up 31 to Clemson is an automatic cause for alarm. I know what they did against Georgia, but we aren’t Georgia.

Hard to know what either team looks like after week 1.

I always believe we can beat anyone, but will be a tall task to meet a Clemson team looking to show their fanbase they are better than that 34-3 result.

Every time we’ve played a P5 team tough we’ve had 2-3 players play unworldly. Who will it be Saturday?

Georgia is really good, that’s a fact.

Clemson got manhandled.

Question is did Clemson get manhandled because they laid an egg and can do better of because that is what they are capable of?

Don’t know. We will see next week.

This. I didn't see anything that gave me the confidence our OL will be a match for their DL. Of course, I would expect a different approach against Clemson than we did yesterday. OTOH, I doubt Clemson loads the box as much as ETSU did.

Clemson’s DL will be the most talented group that we face all year. Georgia had a hard time running on them.

Yes, we were flat at times. But, we had 500 yards of offense and averaged 5.4 yards per carry. Plus, we didn’t give up a sack.
