We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Haha. With what I witnessed tonight App will be lucky to win a conference game, let alone a championship.

This loss set App back by a decade. The ‘big boys’ won’t see a reason in playing a crap App State that does nothing for their SOS.
This is a big deal and I hope Doug sees it as such.

He said it in the postgame.

He literally said the line.
He’s so far over his head, he has no idea what to do or say.

No one actually thought we could win the Sun Belt after Clemson scored 42 in the 1st quarter.PhillyApp1 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2024 10:27 pmWhat did he say... goals are in front of us?

Maybe some of our resident experts will stop calling our roster Lamborghini and thinking we are CFP caliber. College football is entirely different than even the Drink season and we can’t keep up.

Re: All of our goals are in front of us.
I am sorry but I have seen us get two massive beat downs this year , both on national tv, a mere 4 games into season. I saw what I saw tonight and that statement is an insult to anybody watching that game. I felt really bad watching our program in full meltdown on national tv. He should have chosen a different statement after tonight.

Re: All of our goals are in front of us.
It's even easier now for us to make it to the CFP than it used to be to make the ny6 bowl because we aren't competing against teams like UCF, Cincinnati, Houston, and SMU. The G5 has been watered down since the Drink year.Bigdaddyg1 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2024 10:38 pmMaybe some of our resident experts will stop calling our roster Lamborghini and thinking we are CFP caliber. I tried to count the number of times Clark said "Again" and I think it was 14 in a few minutes of interview. You can tell how rattled he is by the number of times he uses that as a filler word. Drives me crazy.

Literally just logged in to comment on game thread with your title here “all of our goals are in front of us” and you beat me to the punch! I’ve never been more disappointed and confused with an app state team full of talent than this one. I was holding onto a small glimmer of hope after the ECU comeback. But that’s all gone. As others have prob said, we’ll be lucky to win a conference game. I hope I’m wrong and eat crow, but I just don’t see it. 2 beat downs in 3 weeks. Just so confused. Especially considering the talent on this team.mountaineerman wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2024 10:16 pmThis should be drug out and shot in front of us. Everything is on the table if I’m AD

He shouldn't have a job after that Nightmare. It wasn't Just about losing. It was the way we lost. The team was not present last night. Humiliated on national TV and at home.

I want to give a shout out to Brandon Turner on the radio postgame show for willingness to call a spade a spade. He said it like it is, but still sugarcoated a bit for me. Witten really tried to soften the blow but BT wouldn't let him. And this phrase must never be uttered again

I can't believe he said this last night. I know people from the AD read this board. They have to know that this is a trigger statement. Don't gaslight the fanbase.
