We were lucky & got to talk with him a few minutes during fan fest yesterday. As always, #12 carries himself well and is a very respectful young man. He semed very confident and I think he is ready to lead the Apps to a great year. I was very impressed by him again and he set a great example for the 3 high school atheletes that I had with me. He asked the guys questions and gave them encouragement. Great maturity and class #12. I agree that Jamal is ready for for his Senior season.

What a fine young man! He came to Football 101 this year just to "hang out" and talk football. He was extraordinarily kind and patient. I do believe he's got a good handle on handling the microwave that is quarterback at App St and all that it entails.
