Anybody besides me sick of Ricky Ferguson running straight up the backs of his blockers. Last I saw we had other backs on the roster. How about Eric Davidson? I know Marcus Cox can't carry every down but come on.......Ferguson isn't hitting many holes and goes down if somebody breathes on him........

All the backs would be better if we went to a 2 back set. No way for the defense to key on one guy

You may recall that Steven Miller did the same thing his first year. His speed was actually a hindrance until he learned to time his cuts and bursts with his blockers.

Personally, I thought Davidson looked good at FF, but we haven't seen him since.

Ferguson looks pretty good at times in the open field with nifty cuts and some cool spin moves but my goodness, he is a little dude. Not so effective on those short yardage plays up the gut.

Like during the Citadel game....4th and 1, Ferguson up the middle for no gain. That is what drew my slightly offensive insult directed towards the coaching staff on Saturday.
