It was not the only cheap shot that I saw in the first half. I don't think the Eagles came to Boone to take names. Well, I usually hate to be confused with the voice of reason, BUT ... anytime you play a triple option team, there will be the tendency to block a lineman down low while being occupied by another OL up high; e.g., the chop block. It's going happen.

Is it excusable? No. Can a defense expect chop blocks when facing TO teams? Yes. Chit happens.

Here's my point: Unlike Elon during Lembo's tenure, I don't think GaSo should be tagged with intending to cause injury here.
