I know this is a day early from the "official" holiday but I'm going to openly plagiarize a quote from my classmate from WRHS and ASU and buddy since 4th grade, Doug Rice, that I think brings it all into proper focus:

"I'm going to give thanks for every day I wake up and my feet hit the ground, so for me this Thanksgiving it's going to be about more than turkey and dressing which I dearly love. I'm thinking that Thankgiving should be a state of being and not just a holiday."
