To add on to your point about App having the best RBs in the state, we also made this list of the top running back tandems in the country at #20.

App St definitely the best in the state at RB but analysis is inconsistent. App is not in 1 slot due to potential but rather due to performance on the field. No way UNC or Duke can be rated ahead of State if that is your measuring stick at the RB position from prior years.
