I can tell you from personal experience, in my mind the toughest decision for a coach is when to change pitchers - sure, sometimes it's obvious but that's not usually the case - UNLESS you have Mariano Rivera, John Smoltz, Billy Wagner or Dennis Eckersley down in the pen. However you really just need a pitcher or two that is consistent, one you can count on in tough situations and honestly I haven't seen anything close to that from the APP bullpen this year.

This is my observation as well. It is not like he has been able to call somebody in to stop the bleeding. Kermit has a done a great job this year with what he has, but the pitching has been a problem to deal with.

I don't claim to know more than the coaches, but the announcers were very surprised that we didn't have anyone warming up as that inning was falling apart. Why didn't we at least have Welch warming up? We knew he had to go in somewhat soon anyway, even if the wheels hadn't fallen off in the 5th. Not like it happened in the 1st or 2nd.

Just had a close up of 1B coaches back pocket when giving candy to CJ at 1st. I saw Nerds so I'm assuming it's Nerds Clusters. Case closed (I think)

Moronta Quintero and Holderbach. Averages have all dropped 30+ points in the past 2 weeks or so.

Holderbach is in a 4-32 slump starting with the ODU series, and Moranta hasn't been much better. We're not winning without those two producing.
