Hey everyone I have really enjoyed watching this team play the last several years but I am no way a baseball genius. But I can't figure out ....why didn't we throw our best arms on Thursday night instead of waiting for do or die Saturday? Seems like we would try to have as much rest as possible for those arms since we play Tuesday...anyway ..glad we made the tourny

On the other site it was explained that they were unavailable on 6 days rest and needed the normal seven. (I guess still recovering from UCL surgery) But who knows.

I'll take manufacturing a run at this point. They have dropped 30 points in team batting average over the last 4 weeks or so. Both coaches and batters need to make adjustments. Collectively they have failed to do this.

It sure would be nice to just go pull a guy out of the bullpen and let him pitch 6+ innings let Ga State did all weekend and Texas St has done today. We can get starters to go 5 most weeks.

I think the umps have been pretty consistent today. Can't complain too much there. Just an old fashion pitching duel.
