Winthrop lefty starter is really nasty. National pitcher of the week last week. Need to extend at bats and get into the pen.

Holderbach goes yard. Camera angle doesn’t change quick enough once there is contact so you miss all the hits/action.
Camera guy is getting drowsy listening to the announcer.

Baseball can be sleepy enough. Don’t need a boring announcer AND a dead camera guy. Haven’t seen one hit yet!

Starting to look an arse whooping. We're going to need a lot of runs against a pretty good pitcher.

Winthrop pitcher is the NCAA leader in strikeouts and has 7 thru 4 IP already. Have to fight like heck to win tomorrow and Sunday.

Do you try and minimize the work of your bullpen today to save arms?

He's got good stuff, but he's getting a strike zone that really helps him. Wilson has him matched in strikeouts through 4.

Yep today is a long shot, this kid is filthy. 5innings 10 K’s! Ride Wilson as long as you can and save our arms is my guess. Not sure how nasty the weather is, looks a little wet, but it’s a full game now if they do call it.

I wouldn't give up on the game plan yet. Especially if we can get to their bullpen

Keep fighting guys! Run this guy off the mound. This is our chance lead off on 2nd, no out. T6 down 6-2. Mound visit.

Shouldn't have had a green light 3-0

Absolutely horrible coaching on that one. Small ball. Do something. Another inning with a lead off guy on base with No outs and he doesn’t move.

For a team that doesn't hit for much, Winthrop pounding the ball today.

Not giving up but have a plan. You may not play tomorrow but do you have to have a plan in case you want to play two on Sunday. Although since it is an OOC, you may just scrap tomorrow.

It’s going to be a long year.
We’ve got 6-7 guys above a 10.00 ERA. That’s about half the staff.

By that, I mean plan on Little when you normally would and then ride him if it gets out of hand or doesn't get better.

4 solo jacks for us today. Be great to get someone on base for these! Banks bomb, wow. That ball is still going. No one in the field moved it got out that quick.
