Our pitching, especially starting, has been our biggest asset so far this season. Midweek games arent the best to judge a staff by, and we're going against the #4 team tonight.NavyApp wrote:This team looks solid, love the effort they play with. With that said from what I have seen today our pitching staff is what's going to hold this back. I can see these guys in the upper half of the conference because they are going to score runs, either way I am excited for the Kermit era to really take off!

I was particularly referring to the bullpen. I felt like Hampton was left in an inning to long but after seeing how the rest of the game played out it appears there isn't much depth behind the starters. Again I love the way the guys played today and the final score wasn't indicative of the game as a whole. If we can shore up the pen then I honestly believe our guys can make some serious noise.
Let's not forget that this was our 4th game in 5 days so, the bullpen was already depleted.NavyApp wrote:JTApps1 wrote:Our pitching, especially starting, has been our biggest asset so far this season.
