Top of the 8th, current score is 2 - 6. At the half way point (season wise) it isn't looking good. Talent wise it APPears we can't compete in the Sun Belt, unless things change and soon, looks like we will be the caboose once again.

It's year one of Kermit and he's showing obvious improvement with limited recruiting time. Give him a couple years to get his guys in there and I think we'll be in the better half of the league.

Schmid got in a pickle bases loaded no out jamb, handled it well. Howell comes out and gets the save nice work boys. Stroup with another shot on the season.. If we ever get all our bats rolling this team can be unbeatable.. Now lets get the second game today..

Tied it in the 9th but baserunning mistakes are killing us had runners on 1st and 3rd 1 out and got caught stealing home. Runner on 2ed 2 outs.

Scrapped and clawed and found a way. Would have loved a sweep over a 200+ RPI team, but very happy to have taken 2 of 3.
