Top of the first 0-5, did our team show up today? Horrible!!! Must still be in Johnson City!

Top of the 2nd, no outs, two men on, 0-6. Inning starts out with back to back errors. Our team did not show up to play today, might be better off using Watauga High's team instead. Totally embarrassing.

Okay, last post. Top of the 2nd, no outs, 0-9. I realize it's only the second inning, however, this game is over! This is the worst ass kicking I've seen in a long time. Please tell me it can't get any worse.

Well, seeing that it's you, I lied. Bottom of the 2nd, 1-9, come back time.

It's now 14-1...hopefully this is not an omen for the weekend...maybe they will get all their hits and runs tonight.

End of the 7th, now 1-15, not sure if the Mercy Rule applies in this game or not. When you have 6 times as many errors as you do runs it's hard to win many games. Hopefully tonight's poor effort will light a fire under some butts and we come out with a vengeance the next two games.

That's 35 combined hits surrendered in our last two conference games.

Worst showing by far of the season. Straight up UGLY! This was the 2nd game I have attended (other was unc-dub) and by far was this was the most difficult to watch/listen too. Here's to a rebound tomorrow or else I might declare myself a jinx and not show my face at another App baseball game for the foreseeable future...

Geez...error on a double-play ball w/no outs and bases loaded. Give 'em the lead, get nobody out and the bases are still full. Trouble.

Much better performance today. However, it's APParent that against mid grade Sun Belt competition we just can't compete.

The Sun Belt is not an easy conference.

Agreed, and Rome wasn't built in a day. In the mean time, we need to be somewhat competitive, no excuse for games like this past Friday. If we can at least not finish dead last (again), I'd consider that an accomplishment and a move forward.
