From everything I read we were VERY fortunate to get him. Timing is everything.

More pitching help in the portal. Tape and mechanics look good. Sits 92-94 from left side. Juco who Decommitted from Mizzou last week. Eat that Drink!

Our new pitching coach is coming from Missouri. Zang decommitted from Missouri and is now coming to Boone. Coincidence???

I must admit when I'm wrong...Hamilton got drafted and well deserved. Continued success going forward.

22 years old now sounds so young to me. I forget in baseball that some kids have already been in the minors 3 or 4 years. Hope he is allowed to skip short season and go to A-ball.

Saw the twins 14rd selection is slotted around $100,000. They has 14.5 million in bonus money allowed this year.

Yep - I thought his 114 Ks / 86 Inn in a good league would get him some attention and then when it was reported he wasn't playing summer ball I figured he was getting drafted

No doubt good for him. Thought there was an outside chance of late round selection. If he comes back and repeats and improves some of his numbers… he would be an early round selection 1-3 ….. guess we’ll see. Big Congrats!

Xander has until (I believe) Aug. 1 to decide.

Ole Miss kid?

He didn't see the field at all this past season when Ole Miss went 25-26, but was an often-used reserve in their 2022 National Championship season. I don't see anything about him being injured this past season.
