Re: MBB: OSU 6:30pm
Some super questionable calls by the refs combined with a scoring drought is a recipe for disaster against a fast paced offense like the Buckeyes.
Great defense early on. A few bright spots. Dodd has had an awful game. Can’t rely solely on Jennings to score. Need someone else to step up as the season progresses.

Fouls were 6-5 in our favor when we had a 25-15 lead. Fouls went 8-1 in OSU's favor the rest of the half. Fouls are now 19-10 in OSU's favor giving them 14 more FT attempts. We typically don't foul much.

I’m assuming Dodd was going to be a 6th man/bench guy and Vasser was going to be the starter. Only way it makes sense.AppGrad20 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 11, 2025 8:02 pmSome super questionable calls by the refs combined with a scoring drought is a recipe for disaster against a fast paced offense like the Buckeyes.

Think Banks is expected to be the other guy. He’s capable of going for 20, waiting for him to break outAppGrad20 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 11, 2025 8:02 pmSome super questionable calls by the refs combined with a scoring drought is a recipe for disaster against a fast paced offense like the Buckeyes.

Who said something they shouldn’t have and jinxed us for the 2nd half?

Wish we could find somebody to pick up minutes at point guard. Zero points, four rebounds, two assists and three turnovers in 18 minutes isn’t cutting it.

Brim is the only other option. Really good high school player but not sure if ready yet

Agreed. Played a power school tough for a half. Much more depth and overall talent. Got away from us in later stages of first half and second half.PoplarHillApp wrote: ↑Tue Nov 11, 2025 8:18 pmPoplarHillApp wrote: ↑Tue Nov 11, 2025 8:17 pmWe hung in pretty well for a half. Got my hopes up too early in that game. At least they covered the spread for me, barely.

Re: MBB: OSU 6:30pm
On order to beat someone like OSU with current team make-up, we have to shoot almost 50% from 3s. OSU had a cold spell in first half. We did not capitalize as much as we should have. We needed to be in the mid to high 30s at halftime. So, we have to play well beyond our average play to beat someone like OSU.
