To Georgia State’s credit, they played strong zone D, rebounded OK and hit their high % shots. But they were still beatable.
App was both unfocused and unprepared today. Besides missing the easy FG’s, it’s frustrating to watch the players consistently pass the ball around until 12 seconds are left on the shot clock, then try to make something happen. The kids played hard until the final buzzer, to their credit.

We just could not get a shot to fall. Ice cold from point blank. Lots of good open shots.

This one seems like 5 steps back. Unless Ga State goes and wins 16 games.
We need to win about 3-4 in a row to make up for this one.

yea i think we went in thinking it was gonna be an easy "w" and they made us pay....luke wilson said something similar in post game.....i think we'll be ok...we are not very good but still much better than beginning of the year...sucks to lose to a really bad team but we will bounce back
