2 funny stories. I can’t remember how or why but he got a sampling of my grandmothers’s apple butter one time, and used to request it regularly
Also, I had his wife as a professor one semester. I got in a bad accident coming up the mountain one Sunday evening. Jacked my arm up pretty bad. She spent the next few weeks taking care of it, checking on it each class. Took the time to care for it and redress the bandages. I’ll never forget that.
