Seems like big news coming soon, and I mean BIG.

Unless someone actually knows the answer as to why, AND can post it, there is no reason to speculate or post about it otherwise. Time will tell if it was a good decision for him.

A mountain on the mountain . He might redshirt but the upside potential is huge.

Not speculation. Straight from the horses mouth. Only offers he had were JuCo offers.

Only speculation is as to why he's transferring. But, once he decided to transfer, he was forced to go JuCo.

Baskin was one of his main advocates and Baskin dipped. He didn’t have many in his court after that, then tack on the fight between Pearson and him mid season and it was a downhill spiral. Both sides could have done a better job at mitigating the drama throughout the year but no doubt he made the right decision as the relationship was mutually broken. He had 2 lower D1 offers but Baskin helped him to Chipola. Chipola is a top 10 JuCo and he felt that would help him become a better player. Baskin also played at Chipola before he made his jump in his playing days. Straight from the horses (players mouth). Wish him well, time to regroup in 2023!

For those that missed it. Bolstering the roster with some size!

I know this has already been posted. I was unavailable until this afternoon and wasn't able to update his information (and a lot of what's out there is football info). Just to wrap things up....

COMMIT and SIGNED:

Sorry. Was not questioning the veracity of the JC news, just the why since that seemed more speculative. A later post clarified that as well.

So did I see correctly that Wilson had offers for both football and basketball from other schools?

Littleton had no college film to show and the portal is loaded with guys with college experience. Regardless of the reasons his best bet would be to get a JUCO year under his belt and see what happens.

Wilson has attributes that can't be taught , as you can see. We have been looking for a big man that brings just that and we can afford to be patient with the rest of his game.Take a moment to look at where we are and will be , as things play out in November .I think we are in postion to make a run .

College S&C will also help wonders! He kind of reminds me of DJ Burns at NC State.

Stonewall, where do you see us going with the last remaining scholarship? Quality experienced portal guard?

I think we are done for '23.Which means someone will likely fall into our lap and make me look bad...

😂😂😂 It would not make you look bad. Hope we use the last one if there’s a fit. Can’t take them with you, just like timeouts.

Seems like we could use a wing who is known as a lights out shooter. I know we have Mantis, Harcum, and Huntley who knock down the deep balls, but a consistent threat from deep wouldn’t hurt….or the staff could put Bryant Greene on scholly for his last go round.

Wilson also reminds me of BJ Mack at Wofford, who we originally recruited, but he ended up at USF before transferring to Wofford, and is now headed to South Carolina for a fifth year. He became a very skilled/versatile post player over the last several years.

This week is closed down - no contact by or to coaches.
Can you tell I no longer have any responsibility for keeping up with it? I just want to get to the end to see if Coach Kerns managed to pick up an impact kid or two? We need two that are ready to step on the hardwood and make a difference. This news about pickin' Ga Sou's pocket certainly puts a smile on my face.
