Hey Guys,
While I love visiting the new site... I do so mainly at work.. There's a few ads that play sound on the page and I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to turn them off. While I can always mute my CPU it's fairly annoying.. Anyone know any good tricks to getting them to not play in the first place?

I agree with you, the ads are annoying.
When you hear the ads, scroll to the bottom of the post/page you are on and you should see the associated ad. There should be a pause/mute/stop button somewhere on the ad where you can silence it...
Not a cure, but will relieve the symptoms!

That was a hiccup. This should be corrected going forward and there should be no audio ads at all. Please let me know if you hear one. I hate those just as much as the next person.

The ad that really gets under my skin is the one for the unc online grad business school.

Unfortunately I have no control over that - but I hate that one too. The program you probably can't get into? That's about as pompous as you can get - and ballsy too given their current academic issues.eggers76 wrote:The ad that really gets under my skin is the one for the unc online grad business school.
