Something to lighten the mood

Unread post by firemoose » Mon Oct 07, 2013 12:31 pm

We all need a laugh and a smile from time to time and I've known about this bridge for a while. This is the Gregson St. Trestle in Durham. I've been over it on NS and under it many times on driving trips. I do feel sorry for some of these people, especially the rental trucks. But the height is clearly pasted on the side of those. Hope they took the insurance. :D

There are many warning signs for the height of the bridge, including the flashing one at the bridge. No people or trains were injured, at least in the filming of this montage. Only a lot of egos and trucks. I'm embedding the video and included a link for those who might want a full screen look.

Yeah. Poor travel trailer guys. "Air Conditioning and Vents. We don't need no stinking Air Conditioning or Vents. We'll install skylights instead."

One of my favorites was around the 3:50 mark. "Two Guys and a Truck". My only thought when I saw it was, "I guess it's just Two Guys now 'cause they ain't got no truck no more".

Another clip to lighten the mood, entitled, "I love Jesus but I drink a little", about 6 minutes in length, worth the time to view. LMAO
