Their country's infrastructure is in shambles, its people are starving and nobody in the world is willing to bail them out. They do not have the delivery system to hit the US and are smart enough to know it is a fight they can not win. This is nothing more than an attempt at a scare tactic.

I am very proud of many things about this country but what we are doing to our military is not one of them. I would sure hate to see boots on the ground in North Korea. It didn’t work out so well the first time.

Actually they do. It is called an airplane. We seem to think these countries need rockets to deliver these weapons.
