I understand the premise and the goal they are after. But, as the movies say, nature finds a way. After the mess that has been 2020, this just sounds like a blow up waiting to happen. I also find it fascinating and frightening that they can genetically modify mosquitos in this way. Can they do this to humans? Damn genetics is a freaky field.....

Yeah, looks like this might be just one county that has approved?!! So this genetically modified mosquito is free to roam, but not across the county line, To a county that has not approved?!!? Yeah, what could possibly go wrong!??
