UNC on the fed funding warning list

I've done some minor digging but I am looking to see exactly what at UNC would be affected by losing federal funding and how it would be compensated by the state.
I know and understand some of what would get hit but I was wanting to see a fleshed out list if it exists or if someone more in the know of university workings could explain.
I imagine if the cuts are deep enough we will feel the bleeding from the mountains.

I'm curious as to why you think we will feel it in the mountains seeing as this is an individual university list and not an systems list. Is it because you feel their loss will get passed on to the whole UNC system?

It depends on the size of the financial hit if it happens. That's why I'm wondering what that hit would look like. I could easily see NC subsidizing the losses in some way to keep the damage to the flagship school at a minimum. That money would have to come from somewhere and it may come from funds that were to be distributed to other schools.
