Tiger is playing in the Wyndham.

Whether he's playing or not, my wife and I try to make at least 1 day, since the Wyndham gives free admission to Piedmont area educators (K-12). If Tiger makes the cut, it should make for a busy and crowded day on Saturday, which is when I plan on going.

Glad I'm not going to be there. I was a volunteer gallery marshal for four straight years after the event morphed from the Chrysler Open. John Daly drunken following was enough by far, not to mention VJ Singh's arrogant crowd. Regardless, I was pulling for VJ.
Tige's following would be a nightmare. He's been invited every single year but had turned it down until this time...as his performance has been slipping of recent. He'll make out like a bandit whether he plays well or not. The front money is astronomical.

There are no appearance fees on the PGA tour.

On the way home from work the local NPR station was stating that he would indeed be in the Wyndham later this week.

Just saw it released that he is coming, supposed to commit by the previous friday, so not sure about that. Yes, Tiger's galleries are unbelievable. Dont know how his playing partners ever finish.
