Trying to do a video series with some thoughts for each game again this year. Still working on camera quality but hoping that the presentation is better than last seasons version.
I'll be watching from Sammy's with the Triangle Alumni chapter on Thursday. Hope you are able to watch it in person or with fellow Apps as well!

App vs UT Overview

Re: App vs UT Overview
Solid video. You nailed just about everything for us. On offense, watch out for Preston Williams. You haven't heard of him because he had a nasty knee injury in high school and then got flagged by the NCAA for ACT problem. Missed all of fall ball and tried to play some last year. Made a few catches but didn't make an impact like they thought. Sleeper on the O. Freshman Tyler Byrd.
Defense. JRM is the man but Darrin Kirkland Jr. may be the best linebacker. Kid was a freshman last year and made tons of noise. He gets sideline to sideline so fast it is scary. Defensive end Derrick Barnett is just nasty. Needs 12 sacks to tie Reggie White for the sack record. He is only a junior, so let that sink in. Cam Sutton is a lock down corner. Stats are low because no one throws the ball his way. Sleeper on D would be Nigel Warrior, yes the name is real. He won't start but should play. He is a true freshman.

Thanks for the reply Volin! I'm both excited and nervous after reading your post. Really wanted to be at Neyland for this one but maybe next time. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for the players that you mentioned. I'm hoping some of our receivers can really surprise and create more separation then they did at Clemson last season but I currently know very little about them. I hope to do a review of the game sometime next week so I'm sure I will know the names better by then.
Best of luck to you this season...after Thursday night of course!
