Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. At some times it looked like a really good effort, at others it looked just piss poor. Super disappointing game, to be honest.

I'm totally fine with seeing someone with multiple years of eligibility left under center sometime sooner thanater. Blast me if you like. Would like to know we are in good shape for the future. Not sure Petersen is the guy to coach them though.

The dynasty is over. Not because of coaching...surprisingly....but because of Zach Thomas and Zach Thomas alone. We will look back on this moment for years to come. I know it won't happen because no need to ruin the boys life now that our season is over. But a true mountaineer would never let him play a down again. Nothing can make up for what he did today. Nothing. We will not win another conference title for years...and with 24 seniors....4 senior starting offensive lineman, a strong rushing game from peoples, a great defensive performance and 9 points from the kicker....Zach Thomas ended the run.

ZT doesn’t have the receivers he used to either. I’m not blaming ZT for all our mistakes.

We got out coached in the second half. They made adjustments, we didn't.

Too many mistakes today.

I'm down on him too, but not sure we are in the ditch for that long.

For the record I thought Petersen had an excellent game plan and play calling today. Mixed it up, called plays that gave multiple options, we just didn’t execute 3-4 plays.

CCU did the little things well, penalties, special teams, we didn’t. Hats off to CCU.

People are being way too hard on Zach, he didn’t make great decisions, but they guy left on a stretcher last week.
