Re: Charlotte cancels UNC game....corona outbreak

Baffled why the Ncaa doesnt make the fb players use faceshields. Not masks, faceshields like a ton of Ncaa players and Nfl players have used for yrs. Would give some protection and wouldnt affect breathing etc Face shields are horrible. They fog up. I always thought they would be better until I tri...

Re: Would you pay double or triple?

09 I was referring to club which are considerably more. The least expensive are the very small recent grad area in NEZ at $500. I wish we had more support for YOSEF so we did not have to do the fees. Yosef Club support is HUGE! In your personal opinion what more do you think could be done? I think ...

Re: Turf Replacement Pics

I like the end zone colors as well, but I agree that color consistency is important to branding and a professional appearance. I may have a different opinion after seeing it in person or on television, but for now I like it.

Re: La. Tech AD talking trash

ULL would drag them in football right now. Which I'm sure their AD knows this and is talking trash from a safe distance knowing that it won't be settled on the field. I'm not sure they would have dragged them in 2019 but I do think UL would have won. Tech had a pretty good team and was in the "othe...

Re: ODU AD wants to blow up CUSA

I agree with the earlier post that the airport issue is overstated. I lived outside ATL for ten years and flew 2-4 times a month, but my 23-mile drive to the airport often took over an hour with traffic. In real time, getting to Boone from an airport is probably not much longer than from many other ...

Re: Finally VERY good news in these time

I like his attitude and think he has great potential at App State. Quotes from one story: “First of all, you’ve got to see eye-to-eye with your head coach, just mutual respect and things like that. But, talking to Coach Clark, he’s a straight-forward type of guy. Through experience, I’ve seen it’s n...

Re: Quarantine Diaries

Watching season 3 of Ozark on Netflixs, heavy duty stuff. It gets better and better each season. My wife and I have watched the first nine episodes of season 3, last episode tonight. You never know what to expect, the characters roles keep changing with the weather. Glad I learned about Ozark from ...

I do wonder why they aren't flying into one of the closer regional airports. Seems like a basketball team could easily fly into one of those (Hickory or Tri-Cities).
Flew the scheduled commercial flight from BTR, which cost much less than charter.

Epic season that needs one final act...a win over UAB. Finish ranked in the Top 25 or maybe even Top 20, and what a season! How many would have imagined this so soon into our FBS history? Looking forward only and cannot wait to get to the game in NOLA.

Re: New Orleans Travel options—cost

Spirit limits it to smaller backpacks; the dimensions are listed on their website. Otherwise, it is cheaper to check a bag but better to do it in advance on the website. They charge more if you wait until the airport to pay for the checked bag. Better airline than they used to be. Newer jets. You ju...

Re: New Orleans Travel options—cost

I've never flown Spirit, but my understanding is you can take a personal item like a backpack at no charge, but you'll be charged if you have an actual carry on luggage bag. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I would just throw what you need in a backpack and be done. Did this last year, ATL to New O...

If all this is true about Gillin, the best thing he can do is to name Clark the permanent HC now.

Re: New Orleans Travel options—cost

Good idea on the packages. Probably worth checking packages on multiple airlines and travel sites since some have seat blocks as part of their package agreements.
