Could be just a stepping stone role. Who knows. Maybe Michigan just needed someone with outstanding 3-4 knowledge to feed analytical data to the DC in a "consulting" role. Maybe Michigan saw a grossly undervalued asset and took advantage. That's the advantage of deep pockets. I hope Coach Woody does well.
