Re: Miami Game
Since he got ejected in the first half I believe he's just out the rest of the Bama game. He should be back to start against us.

Re: Miami Game
I get that it’s Alabama but Miami looks god awful. Probably a worst case scenario for us now, because if we lose next week after Miami getting embarrassed, people will think we are trash.

This is worst case. They needed to at least show some life. They have the talent to beat us after looking like crap today.

Deserved or not we may wind up being the favorite by a touchdown when the odds makers look at this game. Not sure how anyone will stack up vs Bama but this is fugly.

Re: Miami Game
Is Alabama that good, or is Miami not living to non playing portion of the season hype? Combo of both? Miami has curb stomped them. I’d guess Miami will be better in week 2.

The Miami Hurricanes on Saturday have suspended two more players for team rules violations, including backup running back Jaylan Knighton.
Knighton will miss four games, and backup tight end Larry Hodges will miss two games. Earlier this week, Miami coach Manny Diaz said backup safety Avantae Williams would be suspended for six games.
Knighton was the only one of the three suspended players to be on the two-deep depth chart released this week.

Re: Miami Game
Bama is just another level then everyone else. Miami will by no means be an easy game and we should not be favored. They are still big and fast and will be very hungry next week to take out this beat down on us.

Re: Miami Game
Miami D looked BIG and fast indeed, but they will be very vulnerable to our running imho. Hide and watch.

Re: Miami Game
Miami really big and fast. Alabama is just that good. They will be favored by probably 12 or so but we will have to find a way to match their size with some smoke and mirrors. They have NFL guys all over the place so don't be fooled by todays game.

Everything you say is true about Miami, but after seeing the top of the SEC play, I can’t help but think how incredibly advanced the Alabama and Georgia athletic science and pharmaceutical departments must be.BOONE BOUND wrote: ↑Sat Sep 04, 2021 10:48 pmMiami really big and fast. We were embarrassed the last time we played. I don’t think CB will have time for deep throws and Miami does rush fast from the edge. They will be favored by 10-11

Re: Miami Game
I’m just not convinced maybe they will boat roll us ????..but I see depth and determination all over the place in our team. We do an excellent job of controlling the clock if they stop the run which hasn’t happened in a while …then I could see it . We will put up a fight . We’re not going to get beat bad by anyone that’s just my take.

Re: Miami Game
I didn't feel over matched at UNC 2 years ago. I don't feel that way about Miami this year. UNC beat them like rented mules last season. This isn't 2016.
