The information for the Alumni Tailgate and other events for the Miami game is posted now = Topgolf Experience

1. I envy you Apps making plans for the big road trip to the land of the Orange Man
2. But, I can't afford it
3. Too, don't like to travel at all any more (not because of the virus, though) just old age
4. Hope you guys can get your money back from hotels (some are not offering refunds under any circumstance), tickets etc, because..
5. This COVID is looking bad or worse again.
6. Hoping things turn out better than they seem at this point.
7. If people would just put politics aside and get the d____ jab
8. Got my fingers crossed for you guys
Do you really envy people going to the game or are you just trying to stir up Covid arguments on the board again? Because the tone of your message seems way more focused on Covid than the Miami game

* Yes I am envious but not jealous.
* There were many threads on this forum about COVID-19, the shots, the masks, etc. Did you not read them or are you just trying to pester and single me out?
* I didn't start any of the COVID arguments as far as I can I recall.

You’re right there are many. Which is why I question why you felt the need to drudge it up again in yet another thread that wasn’t intended to talk about Covid.

Did you question why any of the many others did or am I the only one who doesn't matter, Just asking. The reason in my mind that i did was because I firmly believe in masking even when not absolutely necessary except outdoors in some cases. Too, the vaxx doesn't 100% protect the anti-vaxers as much as thought and especially doesn't the other guy. The game is important, but not as important as people's health and lives. If even one person gets sick fro COVID-19 or variant exposure, it will dampen my enthusiasm and hopefully a few others,

I see you didn’t get the response you wanted the first time so you are circling back again. I think if you feel unsafe going to games or in public you shouldn’t. Additionally if you want to wear a mask after being fully vaccinated that also is your right. But here’s the thing, your metric is an impossible one to achieve and most right thinking people understand that. “If even one person gets sick….. I hope you stay healthy but the world cannot stop

Are either of you going to Miami? If not, take this circular argument somewhere else. Or better yet, just let it go.

I’m gonna be there but I’m not the one caring what anyone else does.

Just trying to cut the head off the snake. I did not find your response out of line or argumentative. Just no need for this pointless conversation to nuke another thread.

And you are right. I didn’t need to respond. I just get sucked into the same thing. For that I apologize

After the mostly maskless ECU game I’m expecting herd immunity among the App faithful and yes it’s a pointless argument.

I am feeling better about our chances next week after seeing Brice in person. Ross’ absence in the first half is a problem.

I don’t see any drop off there with Madison Cone as Ross’ backup on the depth chart. I feel pretty confident that Cone would start for us if we didn’t have an established player in our program at his position.

I don’t see them putting a ranked U game on the U

True. But the drop from Ross to Cone is less than the drop from Cone to next man up.

I’d file that as TBD

Bolden is out for the first half next week, so both teams are down a starter on defense.
