Leaving Greenville, SC around 10am on Friday morning and getting into Montgomery around 3pm Friday afternoon. Might hit Christmas Parade and Dreamlands or hit some other rib place closer to hotel.

Just printed off Bowl Info and my Hotel info (Home-Towne Suites - off of exit 6 on I-85) and put in the glove compartment of my car. Packing tonight, as I will head down to New Orleans after the game. Should be in Alabama about 24 hours from now. Looking forward to a historic weekend!

You have no idea, the lady and I ended up on the 5:20 flight out of RDU. I didn't even know they had takeoffs prior to 6AM. Upside I get to Montgomery at 8:15 AM CT. That leaves a lot of time (maybe an unhealthy amount of time) for day beers and seeing the sights.

When I checked into my flight, Delta was asking for "bids" to bump, so they've over sold the 9:45a to ATL. Leaving W-S at 8 am with the family in tow, which puts a bit of a damper on the bar scene but will make for a really fun mini-vacation... hopefully teaching these children to be good Mountaineers!

Leaving Elkin around 7:30 F am. Picking up another couple in Davidson then onto Montogmery,should arrive 3/4 pm Friday. Should we go I-85 thru Atlanta or go around 285 West back to I -85 again???
