Soccer players are in that group that can transfer without having to sit. Wonder if (or how many) we will get from his prior contacts. UNC used a freshman goalie last year (soph this year) maybe there is a junior or senior that would like to play.

I'd expect to see some movement both ways--incoming and outgoing.

BTW, there no audio in that live-stream. AppTV fails us again. This is getting old, fast.

I sure hope (but I doubt it) that when it is available for replay there is sound. Otherwise, what a waste.

I went to the presser. Decent turnout considering the circumstances. I figured there was a streaming problem when I saw Sharkey and a couple others running around.

O'Keefe thanked a lot of people. Had a list that he read from. Said he likes to play a direct attack with one striker with 6 defenders (sounds like a 4-2-3-1), some press and a blue-collar style. You could tell this meant a lot to him. Talked about the calls and messages he's already gotten from interested coaches and players.

One interesting thing was that he mentioned how there's a handful of top programs pushing the envelope and a 100+ programs who are changing tactically game-by-game with what they have. Sounds like he wants to mold his style and have other programs scrambling.

With the recent BOT meeting, the previous BOT meeting has been released.

Gillin didn't mess around with a one or two year contract like Olympic sports coaches normally get. Four year contract for O'Keefe going from 65k his first year to just over 71k in the fourth.
