That article is confusing. It's dated recently, February 26, 2016, but the picture of Kevin Ellison talks about the upset of Florida last season...? That happened in 2013. Kevin Ellison is coming into his senior season so that part is correct but then read about our Mountaineers.
"The Mountaineers finished their first full season in the Sun Belt ranked among the league leaders in most of the major offensive categories. Quarterback Taylor Lamb finished with more than 2,800 yards of total offense, earning him the conference’s Freshman of the Year award. Lamb heads into 2016 as a lock for the job with more than enough depth on the roster behind him."
None of the information is wrong but it sounds like this article could have been written for last season. Just confusing.

Clearly thoroughly researched. Looks like they took out the reference to Southern's win over Florida, but there still seems to be some confusion about what year it is.
