Contacting Yosef Club

Unread post by /\PP ST/\TE GRAD 09 » Mon May 23, 2016 10:45 am

Should not be this hard....

I have been having the worst luck getting ahold of someone in the Yosef Club department. I need to get my automatic payment information fixed, and nobody is answering the phone. It's becoming annoying, and donating to App State athletics should not be this challenging. In addition to the contact issues, I've had problems with how my payments were applied, when they were applied, and my most recent issue I am currently needing to contact someone about....somehow my credit card information on file is not valid. Although it's the same card that's been debited since the beginning of the year, and the card is active.

Are others having similar issues, and how should I go about getting ahold of someone? :x

I'm sorry to hear you're having those issues. Alan Daniel is the new Director of Annual Giving for Athletics. His phone number is 828.262.8075. His e-mail is danielap@appstate.edu. I'd reach out to Alan first. If he can't help, he should know someone who can.

My most recent interaction with the Yosef Club was first-class. Natalie Harkey was working on a parking situation for me.

Natalie's a gem! She's so easy to work with and is black & gold to the core!

Natalie is great.....probably overworked,

I believe Alan needs to do more marketing of himself with pictures, so people can get to know him visually.

yes Natalie is fantastic. She is exactly what the Yosef Club needs, had a really good experience giving a Yosef club membership as a birthday present back in Feb. Natilie if you read this thanks for taking the time to suggest things I was not aware of and making it so easy.

I sent Natalie an email yesterday and she replied last evening. She also helped me set up my future payments to the Yosef club.
