Would like to see Ohio lose two straight to the Sun Belt.

Going to OT. TX State scored to go up by 4 with less than 1 to go. Ohio scored on a 75 yd run to go up 3. Txt State kicked a FG with 4 secs left to send to OT.

Might be due to all the work from the clean up. Lots of recovery to do down there. My aunt lives there and most everyone in her neighborhood is busy cutting Sheetrock out of there previously flooded houses.appst89 wrote:Really. Re: SBC OOC
SBC won the numbers of games I expected to win, but the mix was weird. USA and Texas St were supposed to be terrible this year and Ark St world beaters and ULL a bounce back year.
Overall is was a decent showing.

Impressed with both USA and Txt State QBs. Looks like Tyler Jones may be displaying the skills Bobcat fans have been waiting for. It may take some games for A State and UL QBs to adjust. You can't really judge too much based on one game.

I agree, there were a number of teams that played impressive games. For us, our team showed that we can play with teams that are supposed to be better than us. It is important to play every opponent that way this year and not play down to the competition.

Did anyone really expect stAte to be world beaters other than their own bloggers?Saint3333 wrote:SBC won the numbers of games I expected to win, but the mix was weird. USA and Texas St were supposed to be terrible this year and Ark St world beaters and ULL a bounce back year.

In any case, both they and ULL were playing teams that housed them last year. Not surprised the results were the same this time.
