The Stink vs The Surprise

Unread post by AppOrange » Wed Sep 07, 2016 10:01 pm

After a hopefull win Saturday, I'm wondering who you all will be pulling for come the suddenly huge GSU/S. Alabama game. So hard to pull for the Stink, but we don't get a shot at USA this year. With goals of conference championships in mind, do I really have to pull for GSU?

Yeah, I'm thinking so. Yuck!

That may be a good game. I'm pulling for GS. I like our healthy rivalry.

S. Alabama wins this one. Not sure who I'll pull for yet. I will try to pull for GASO but not sure I'll be able to.

The Gumroots are 2 TD favorite in Vegas. Being that, likely South Alley takes some losses in the conference this season? Hard for me to pull for those rednecks in Zikaboro.

I'd only root for Georgia Southern because we don't get to play South Alabama this year.
If we can't take them out of the conference championship talks ourselves, it might as well be Georgia Southern this week.

I think Georgia Southern beats them by at least 20

Have to agree, a USA win does nothing for App. Gotta pull for the teams on our schedule to do well to help boost the SOS. Although unlikely, I hope GS is undefeated when the Mountaineers roll into the 'boro.

I'm not sold on USA as a contender. I'll pull for them because I think a GS loss is more likely to benefit us in the end than a USA loss. Also, as long as we handle our business, I don't really care what USA or stAte do.
