If the team overlooks Miami it's your fault.

I know our main concern is that Miami could be a trap game. Lol

Hey guys, I don't know about you but it seems like all anyone wants to talk about on this board is Akron, Akron, Akron. We've got a little game this weekend to worry about first. This Miami team is very capable and has the athletes to give us problems if we aren't focused.

I hope we are able to gameplan for CTC's defense.

Can't believe we scheduled back to back games with teams from Ohio.

At least we don't have to travel to Ohio in back to back weeks...that would take its toll on morale.

If there were an award for "Thread of the Year", this wins.

Funny you mention that..... I am planning to go up because I have some family just outside of Canton. May take in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Went there as a kid but haven't been in almost 50 years. 8-)

I know this was a joke thread to start, but Akron took it to Marshall, scoring 65 (though allowing 38)

They also got blown out by Wisconsin 54-10 win Week 2

It was a classic trap game for Marshall who plays Louisville next week.

So both of us have gotten blown out this year. Difference is, we haven't scored 65 in all three games combined.

I think it'll be a good game next week

If anyone is looking for a great cheap hotel and then wants to drive 3 hours Saturday morning to the Akron game-the Charleston WV Marriott has some cheap rates if you apply different codes like Triple A and what not.
