I have spoke to H and R tours that took us to the bowl game last year. He has verbally quoted $4,300 for a bus to leave Winston at 6:00, stop in charlotte at 7:30 for anyone in charlotte, and arrive at 12:30-1 in Alabama, leave immediately after the game at 10, to return to Winston around 6 Sunday morning.
He is reviewing price with his boss tomorrow and may be a little cheaper. $4,300 will be $78 per person based on 55 ppl and will need $2-$3 per person for driver and cleaning company tip. So $80 should be safe.
We are currently at 18 people. He needs to know as soon as possible to line up drivers. Payment will be due next week once confirmed. Please email me ASAP to reserve a spot.

This was a great experience last year although we're getting a hotel this year. I recommend you spread the word through the various Facebook groups like App State Football Video, etc. Also use the Our State article from last years trip to entice others to join.

I am still a possibility but things are bit fluid in my scheduling which is driving me nuts...it would just be myself, and when is your cutoff for needing enough to book the bus?
