I would but someone had a great idea to change the whole format to this entire forum site the day before the first game and I can't find the chat link! Sorry I'm just pissed!
There are still some formatting problems with graphics but for me on a laptop the Chat link is in the exact same place it has been, maybe a new font, but just under the masthead.
I am using Chrome in Win7 for what it's worth.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

Mike Patrick has always been a dumbass.
Is he wrong? He's been very complimentary of us. We are not Georgia. We are not the big boys yet at all.
I think the point is that G5 commonly play and schedule P5......Mr Patricks implications we're like as if we are an FCS program.
Dude we are not on that stage until we earn it.
You make no sense
I don't? The original post was that Patrick was disrespecting us. He wasn't. We are fbs but we are not at the level of p5 until we win some of these games. We got smoked by Miami last year and now Georgia this year. What is confusing about that?

Defense looked really good at times but were just gassed with the offense going 3 and out so often. These types of games really reveal Lambs arm weakness, shutting down 50% of our offense. And when they're shutting our run game down we really had no shot. We'll be fine against peer competition though. I'm not worried at all about this season.

Agree. What? The comment Patrick made gave the impression that we should be applauded for taking on a game like this. We haven't won a big one but we schedule a heavyweight every year. It's the norm not a brand new concept.

Agreed. Chubb had 96yds in 15 carries. Take away his longest run of 28 yards and he averages a respectable 4.8 ypc. Michel had 87 yards on 15 carries. Take away his long run of 44 and he avgs. 2.8 ypc. Pretty good given how long the defense was on the field and these are the best backs that we will face all year.

I honestly do 90% of all my surfing on I phone and the format for mobile phone ... for this site is the worst I've seen on any site I've visited ever. I constantly get kicked off congratulated for winning a walmart gift card or some real hot date from

! Fwiw I did find the chat link.

I think the defense was ok. On the field too long. We won't go 3 and out to that degree in many of our remaining games. Secondary will be fine. Those two backs would have had more but didn't play in the last qtr. overall difference between a good G5 and really good P5 is speed and talent- duh. We just don't have the horses to close that gap. We can't overcome going from third and 1 at their 30 to 3rd and 31 in our end. Facing 3rd and 7 repeatedly and we throw to the flat. Running the same damn up the middle play 20 times ain't gonna get it. Did Meaders really play?? Never knew it

Guys we can't be P5 if we win every single game against anybody for five years in a row in the Sunbelt Conference.....you can only be P5 if your in a P5 conference. There is a huge difference in G5 and FCS....I don't understand why this is so difficult to understand.

Really impressed with Zac Thomas.....I heard he was good but not that good.
I don't want to make this to sound like one of those- "put in the backup" comments but is it at all possible that Thomas is better than TL but really had no visible way to take the job in camp? I love what TL has accomplished but is there any way Thomas would vault over him short of injury or just absolutely stinking it up?

That's fine. Not ripping you but I understand how some look at a score and call it an ass whooping. Let's see how the statistics stack up to the rest of their opponents before we draw conclusions. We may win 60-0 next week and we still won't learn a damn thing about this team from being on the other end of the ass whipping. I want to see improvement from the young guys. Too many missed assignments on defense and that can't happen in a 3-4. Too many stupid mental mistakes by veterans. 5, 15 yard penalties can't happen. Stouts was ticky tack but had to be called. Duck got caught defending another players man. Jean-Charles PI was BS. But they were called and you can't have those mistakes. We came away withou injuries and committed no turnovers. There are things to build on and things to correct.

Thought D was decent. Some big plays though.
UGA definitely has good D. Dumb penalties hurt. Meadors may have helped as well.
Seems like we have more confident WR group overall. Hope to expand that threat as needed.
Ga Southern not scoring on Offense right now makes me feel better. Not sure how CC vs UMass game makes me feel, scared of CC or less worried about UMass.

No one thinks we are fcs. No one is saying that. But stop being so sensitive. We are a fantastic program but we aren't even close to being on the same level of these schools. It's ok. We are not there yet. The announcers were very fair to us tonight but to think they are slighting is after that performance is us not facing our reality

i think it would take a lot for Thomas to be named starter, in a Kam Bryant/Taylor Lamb situation. Lamb is a proven winner at our level and unless that changes it won't happen. Thomas or Huesman may very well be more talented, but Lamb has earned the right to start.

The short answer is no.
