Esthetically, yes (the whole high schoolish thingy). Otherwise what good will it do to get rid of it considering the millions it will cost? The additional seating will be minimal and the worst place in the stadium for viewing. Being closer to the field is simply trying to keep up with the Jones. KBS is plenty loud as it is when we have a full crowd and an exciting opponent.

DG and company are getting it done. New video boards in Holmes and KBS, new hires in AD office, new hires in coaching staff that I for one am very happy with, new property at the old High School which we are waiting to see who and how it gets to be used. I am sure I am missing many other significant items, if so chime in. I don't know if anyone else works in government like I do but those wheels typically don't turn real fast. Keep on DG!!

I'm going to put this the best way I can. I will not answer any questions asked in here or anywhere else so don't bother posting them or asking them. I am not reading any thread outside of the Lodge, with the one exception of this one for a reason I will not discuss.

The track is GONE. Softball is GONE. They will be moved to exactly where they are supposed to be moved to. I will not discuss a timeline except to say it takes time to upgrade and relocate. I also will not talk about any other plans. Just please stop with the dang track already. It will be gone as soon as possible.

Sorry to be so blunt and such an ass about this but I'm the one who has to hear about things from those not associated with this board and I've about had it with the whole thing on here. Just need to step back and take a break.

While everyone is running to a 4th story window for one of the regular panic reasons (Satt interview, QB arm strength, Black/White block A, or the bleep-bleep track); don't forget that we easily have the best AD in the Sunbelt and probably one of the Top 5 in the southeast. If he's heard our concerns about concessions, bathrooms and stadium speakers doesn't it stand to reason he's heard our concerns about the track and is working on it??
