I don't think injuries are an excuse for losing to ULM.
They have as many as we do.

The offensive game plan has been so inconsistent......one game they make good plan the next it's like take a week off at times...... defensively we played great at UGA and Wake.....I know the injuries have surmounted but most of those have been on offense and actually the offense has improved as a result except the run game.
Yep, the problem is coaching. Satterfield is facing some serious headwinds. We lost the plot.

My take:

I liked our offensive play calling. Never felt like I could predict the next play.

Some of you may not have noticed but our offensive line is getting better.

Special teams had a great game, minus the long kickoff return.

We're really missing Devan Stringer.

With the key personnel we had returning, this team should have won 9-10 games. Strength of schedule was low. Nine could happen, but excepting Ga So I expect we will be underdogs in all the other games. The special teams seem to have new issues every week. Our secondary and LBs couldn't cover a grandmother. There are only two potential groups to shoulder the blame. Coaches and players. And speaking of the future, da eagles will be tough to prepare for on a short week. 6-6 or 5-7 is not impossible. The SEC is not looking for Scott. At this moment!

The sky is falling! The sky is falling! Our coaches suck and need to be fired. Our players can’t play. We are going to lose. Sounds like the same thing we make fun of other fans for. This is young team due to injuries. We will get better. Everyone needs to back away from the panic button. Good grief it’s funny reading some of this stuff.

What was that last TD they scored? We had three guys who just stood there then we looked like FCS level trying to chase that receiver.

The O line had a better "game ".I can't say they are getting better.Keep in mind the opposing D was one of the worst in the league.

Okay gentlemen this what I saw during the game. It seems that on every play on defense wherever our defensive lined up, it seemed that when they shifted the ULM offensive blocking schemes in order to where Stout
was. It was in reference to where the center and either guard. They would use a double team to shift Stout to the other direction of the run.

Besides stringer, who are we missing on the defensive side of the ball?
I know our offense is really banged up, but I didn’t think we were so thin defensively.

I thought we missed Caleb Fuller in the second half. He's the high-motor guy we needed when it seemed like everybody else forgot how to tackle to the ground.

I'm not saying he didn't deserve to be ejected, just that we could have used him.

While ULM's record is not great, it isn't because of their offense. They have scored a ton of points this year. We played like a team playing a lot of of young players. With that you get inconsistent play and missed assignments. We have a good football team. Not great, but good. The concerns that I have is next year. When we have players with experience but we have to replace Boggs, Stringer, and the right side of the line. Oh and a QB.

Regardless it was a poor decision on his part, after all it was clearly a late hit.

Nope, they were just as bad off as we were. I'm just waiting for the whopper about how young we are!
All just excuses for Piss-Poor playing and Coaching!

Not debating the timing of the hit. Just stating it wasn't targeting.

I know it’s been mentioned but can’t we kick the damn ball in the end zone?
