It's getting pretty ugly now in game three, painful to watch. Bullpen is in complete melt down!

Marshall just hung a 7 spot in the 5th and lead 9-2.

I know Coach Smith must be pretty pissed about now, at his staff all the way down to the bat boy. Although this season is young, today's performance (thus far) is by far the poorest showing yet.

Well, it appears we will lose two games today. I truly believe we gave the first game (today) away, poor decisions at the end. It is what it is, I guess??

Things fell apart late in game 2 and snowballed the rest of the day. I'm disappointed as I was expecting to win 2 of 3.With that said, we are about where we should be in the rebuilding process, my opinion.Better days ahead .

Better days are ahead, in the mean time, we need to start learning from our mistakes. Twice this season we have given games away in the late innings, need to learn how close and finish the job.

Can we not put a starter in the BP?

The bullpen will get the blame, but game 1 of the doubleheader Sunday should have never come down to the 9th inning. We ended 2-13 with runners in scoring position and 4-24 overall with runners on base. Had the lead-off man on 5 different times but only managed two runs. Situational hitting, and really hitting overall, needs to see some improvement.

Still encouraged about the first few weeks. Game 2 yesterday was the first game all year we hadn't been competitive in, and that's a good step considering our schedule to this point with quality UNCG/UNCW teams.
