Re: Official penn St thread
I said it before, I’ll say it again..... I wanted to see what this team could do with the ability to sling the ball on P5 programs. Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Zach friggin Thomas. App State is now moving into the next phase of FBS football.

I can barely contain the curse words I want to let flow right now... We won this game... Without the refs, we blow Penn St out. End of story.

Oh and can I mention our freaking WR group!!! We’re apparently the second youngest team in fbs.

Re: Official penn St thread
This is not a moral victory. This was an actual victory denied us ONLY courtesy of the officials. I have never seen such an egregious example of Fixed Sports. It’s on paper. Look at the penalty differential. I hope we never play another B1G team.
Re: Official penn St thread
Been a while since i have posted about the outcome of the game . But good gosh! What a game and to think we gave up over 100 yrds to the refs in penalties and only 10 to penn st! Good luck getting debunked from the top 25 in the next few weeks penn st! Blows!

So Close! Man I wish we could get the W in one of these games. But, I too am proud of these guys. They gave #10 all they wanted and scared over 100K people to death. Some of the looks on their fans faces were priceless. Anyway, we should have another great year in our conference. I would love to run the sunbelt table and I think its possible. I also agree with others about Thomas. He is going to be fun to watch. Forget that last INT young man. You played your butt off today!

Re: Official penn St thread
I really enjoyed that OUR team had NO Quit in them. They could have packed it in down 14, but no they put the screws to Penn State. I really feel for Charlotte next week because there will be aggression to let out from our guys and we have some real Ballers on our team.

Re: Official penn St thread
Our first time starting QB had a better game than Penn State's Heisman candidate.

Re: Official penn St thread
I kept pausing it and taking pictures of the Penn State fans faces. It’ll give me a nice smile on a future tough day. Zac has nothing to be down about, that INT was not on him at all, a future NFL starting CB just made an extraordinary play on the ball.mgsouth wrote: ↑Sat Sep 01, 2018 6:39 pmSo Close! No shame in this loss, lots of disappointment but wow what an effort. Really like how Thomas looked. All of those shoestring tackles PSU made will be 30 yard runs against SB competition.
