All believeable except the AAC thing...Boone doesn't carry the media market for the AAC.

All believeable except the AAC thing...Boone doesn't carry the media market for the AAC.

Disagree. Boone is technically in the Charlotte media market. The problem is we have not been aggressive in bolstering that. I had this very conversation with DG as I think we can pull off getting Charlotte behind us like Atlanta-Athens. WFNZ was all over us this year compared to the past, radio is a good start.

Disagree. Boone is technically in the Charlotte media market. The problem is we have not been aggressive in bolstering that. I had this very conversation with DG as I think we can pull off getting Charlotte behind us like Atlanta-Athens. WFNZ was all over us this year compared to the past, radio is a good start.

I'm of the opinion that due to App's location and the fact most alumni makes their way down the mountain and up the 85/40 corridor that they should be in both the Raleigh and Charlotte media markets. There is App gear all over both cities and more coverage would be received by interested parties.

Great idea. The attendance at our exhibition last year showed that the city of Charlotte would support FBS football, if given the opportunity.

AAC would definitely be a significant step up, but at the same time, might we be risking the fate of a once proud ECU, not to mention, our basketball program sucks in the SB, what will it do in a higher level conferences. If we could turn all these things around, I'm in. Rumors, not with standing.
