I still haven’t received my Yosef Club stuff either... Disappointed because I like putting the new license plate and sticker on my truck.
Have reached out a couple of times and it sounds like they ran out of stuff and had to order more.

I reached out to MallSystem last week and got a response on the 26th from their customer service saying the tumblers were still in production. I never received my donor packet and have called Yosef 3 times now and been dismissed saying someone would call me back. I understand that I am a low level donor ($500 level) but, this is pretty poor imho. If you could help me out with this it would be much appreciated.

I'll chalk this year up to turnover....Never got my gift, called 3 times to get other stuff. At the end of the day I got my tickets on time and that's all I need.

Growth is painful no matter the organization. I feel certain that the last thing Yosef Club staff wants is for donors to be unsatisfied. It is my hope that the reason it is more difficult for them to keep up is because more people are giving, thus increasing the amount of work to be done. So we can either be patient and understanding and allow the staff to do the work as best as possible with the bodies doing the work, or Yosef can hire more staff to get things done more quickly to assuage those who are impatient. Either way, communication is key. Most of us don't mind waiting as long as we are told. Ideally everything is delivered as promised, but it is better to under promise and over deliver rather than over promising and under delivering.

I just spoke with the Yosef office about the missing donor packets. They had ordered extra packets assuming some would get lost along the way for various reasons. The extra packets arrived on Tuesday and are being mailed out promptly to donors who request them.
If you requested your packet prior to Jennifer Spink's arrival as the donor relations person last week, I'd suggest you contact either Jennifer (spinkjd@appstate.edu 828-262-3109) or Dominic Parisi (parisidj@appstate.edu 828-262-3108) for assistance. Those two should be your go-to with any donor relations type question. Both are App State grads and truly love App State.
